Do not apply stimulation across your chest as the introduction of electrical current into the chest may cause rhythm disturbances to your heart.
Exercise particular care when toning the under-eye regions and do not bring the device into contact with the eyelids or eyes themselves. Do not stare directly at the LED lights. Avoid direct contact with the laryngeal prominence (Adam’s Apple) on your neck.
