Orders & Shipping

Are your flavors natural?

Yes, our teas contain natural flavors which means that all of the constituents are derived from natural sources. The original ingredients are found in nature and then purified and extracted, giving your tea a delicious natural flavor.

How much do you charge for shipping?

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 USD for orders within the U.S. and $25 USD for orders to Canada.

The $20 USD flat rate Shipping fee to Canada already includes all customs duties and taxes, so you can be assured that there are no hidden costs (no nasty surprises) when you receive your order.

We also offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over $50 although it only applies to orders within the U.S.

Do you ship to countries other than U.S. and Canada?

We only ship within the U.S. and Canada, except for the following Canada territories:

  • Yukon
  • Northwest Territories
  • Nunavut


We don't ship to any other countries at the moment. Each country has its own regulations on what we can or cannot put into teas and, currently, we are only approved to sell our goods to the countries mentioned above.

How fast can I expect my order to arrive?

All orders are processed within 5 business days of purchase, although it's normally processed within 2 business days.

Delivery time may take up to 5 business days within the U.S. under normal operating conditions. For orders with addresses in Canada, it may take up to 3 weeks for orders to be delivered via FedEx.

We also offer a 2-Day Express Shipping for orders within the U.S. When you upgrade to 2-Day Express Shipping, your order jumps the queue and gets processed the NEXT business day, before everybody else. We then ship it to you via 2-Day Express Shipping so it arrives quickly and safely at your doorstep within 2 business days.

What else do I need to know about the shipping?

We use FedEx for orders going to Canada and for orders that are 5 pouches and above. Please note that FedEx, both Standard and 2-Day Express does not deliver to PO Boxes so please make sure to provide your residential address when placing your order, work address is okay, too.

We also do not ship to APO addresses at the moment.

I didn't get an email confirming my order

There are a couple of reasons why our customers are not receiving our email notifications:

  • There may be a typo error on the email address you've provided on your order
  • There are times when our emails would go to spam, so we suggest checking your Spam folder as well from time to time
  • Some email service providers also block our emails completely so please make sure to add VoomVaya to your "Allow list".

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email from us with your tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.

On a normal day, it typically takes about 3 to 5 business days for us to ship your order.

If it has been 5 days and you haven't received your tracking number, please contact our Support Team at support@voomvaya.com so we can check the status of your order's shipment for you.

I received an incorrect item or there are missing items in my package. What do I do?

Mix-ups and mistakes in our warehouses do happen, although very rare.

We're happy to help! Please contact our Support Team at support@vommvaya.com for assistance. Kindly provide us with your order number, a photo of the products you received, and we will coordinate with our warehouse team and send you instructions, if necessary.

Is it possible to modify or cancel my order after it is placed?

It depends. If the order is already shipped, unfortunately, we can no longer make any changes to your order. Please contact our Support Team at support@voomvaya.com for assistance.

I realized I ordered the wrong product. Do you process an exchange?

Gladly! Please contact our Support Team so we can send you the instructions. If it has been more than 60 days after you received your order, unfortunately, we can no longer offer an exchange.

Please note that we do not cover the shipment cost for returning your products back to us.


Returns & Refunds

What is your Return and Refund Policy?

We do have a 60-day money-back guarantee. If for any reason you'd like to return your order for a refund, and it's still within 60 days starting from the day you received your order, please contact our Support Team and we will send you the return instructions.

If it has been more than 60 days after you received your order, unfortunately, we can no longer offer a refund.

Also, please note that we do not cover the shipment cost for returning your products back to us.

It may take up to 10 business days for our warehouse to process your return. We will issue your full refund as soon as we receive a notification from our warehouse team.

The refund will use the same payment method that you used to place the order and, depending on your bank, it can take up to 7 business days to reflect on your statement. However, you will receive a notification of refund immediately once the refund is processed.

I already returned the products, why is my refund not showing on my statement?

It may take up to 10 business days for our warehouse to process your return. We will issue your refund as soon as we receive a notification from our warehouse team.

The refund will use the same payment method that you used to place the order and, depending on your bank, it can take up to 7 business days to reflect on your statement. However, you will receive a notification of refund immediately once the refund is processed.

If it has been over 4 weeks since you returned the products and you still haven't received your refund, please contact our Support Team at support@voomvaya.com so we can assist you further.
