These have been very helpful with two gummies about 30 minutes before I go to bed. I’m pretty relaxed and I drift off to sleep! I still do wake her up but have absolutely no trouble falling back asleep and feel pretty refreshed in the morning! I like the fact that it has passion flower extract in it and I think that just adds to the relaxation affect!
