Because honestly, menopause is tough. And some days, it can be really hard to push on.

But as women… As mothers, as daughters, as sisters - we push on.  Not always for ourselves, but for those who love, need and depend on us.

So “UnPausable Women” is not just the name of this newsletter…
But a reminder.

A reminder that:

You are worthy.
You are beautiful, in-control and unstoppable.

YOU are UnPausable

During menopause, typically around age 51, your skin goes through some major changes thanks to hormonal shifts.

  1. Hydrate
    Menopause often leads to drier skin, so it's crucial to keep it moisturized. Hydrating ingredients like hyaluronic acid and glycerin can help retain moisture.

  2. Use retinol
    Retinol helps regenerate skin cells, making them act younger. If you're new to retinol, start slowly to avoid dryness.

  3. Try peptides
    Peptides boost collagen production and improve skin elasticity, helping your skin stay firm and youthful.

  4. Apply phytoestrogens
    These plant-based molecules mimic estrogen and help replenish lost elasticity, reducing lines and wrinkles.

  5. Use calming products
    Manage hot flashes and redness with soothing skincare products and face mists.

  6. Don't overload your skin if you have rosacea If you experience rosacea, avoid heavy lipid-rich products. Instead, use steroid-free anti-inflammatory creams to manage symptoms.
